4G! My Dream!

Every day, I wake up to using my devices in doing various things from work, communication to entertainment and yearn for faster and reliable data services.

Oh! 4G/LTE (Fourth Generation / Long Term Evolution) where art thou! For those who don’t know, this next stage in mobile network development which users with much faster data speeds than 3G is able to. It’s just what I need. Orgasmic speed with reduced latency (the amount of time taken to buffer and connect to webpages), but it also minimizes interference and is able to cram greater amounts of data into the same slice of bandwidth, that will put smiles on faces.
My data happiness will be guaranteed or should I say our data happiness.

Can you imagine being able to watch or stream tv , movies ,  play online games and doing downloads like never before, largely because 4G has been designed primarily as a data network, rather than a voice one and it uses the same TCP/IP protocols that underpin the internet.

Aside the data dongles , there are already devices on from HTC, Nokia , Sony , Samsung , Apple and Blackberry that are 4G enabled to make our dreams come true

On the enterprise side, can you imagine the ability to have video conferencing, video calls and better collaboration between your devices and users in different geographical locations? that is what 4G will do for businesses. I am passionate about technology and a chosen career, i use it to solve problems daily.  If i am to apply Gordon Moore's law to communication, then its in order that communication infrastructure and services are improved to meet the ever growing demands of businesses and devices. The law says integrated circuits (i.e. computer CPUs) would double in complexity about every two years. This remains the standard that manufacturers in the semi-conductor industry strive for. Consumers are enjoying the benefits of the ever increasing digital processing power on their desktop PCs, their laptops, and now their numerous mobile devices such as smart phones, and miniscule digital music and video players. At the same time software developers are building more efficient and dynamic solutions to run these devices.
Ultimately, technology potential and enormous market opportunity will ensure an unprecedented growth in technology services industry and also improve delivery by various industries who depend on reliable communication.
